At David C. Livingstone CPA, CFP, we are continuing to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation, working tirelessly to serve the needs of businesses and individuals. In response to the virus, we’ve implemented updated best practices in our workplace to help ensure the health and safety of our employees and clients. 

Putting our Employees and Clients First 

Due to COVID-19, while we are in the office processing returns, we are not making in-person appointments. Please plan to make your office visit as brief as possible—masks and social distancing are mandatory. We request only one client in the office at a time.

DROPPING OFF TAX RETURNS:

1. When you come to the office, bring your tax return information enclosed in an envelope. We have a plexiglas divider for the safety of our employees and clients, and a table where you can fill out our drop-off questionnaire.
2. If our lights are off, please slide your tax return information under the door.
3. If you prefer, there is a drop box at David’s home at 1467 Center Street, Ludlow, Massachusetts. Please leave your tax return information in the brown box to the right of the garage. Call the office to advise us that you’ve left your tax information there.

Essential employees are adhering to recommended hygiene and social distancing practices, and we’ve increased janitorial services to preserve a clean, healthy work environment.

These precautions are designed to ensure client taxes are processed by healthy employees. You will receive a phone call when your taxes are ready, and we will schedule a pick-up time. We are pulling together to deliver the highest and healthiest level of service to our clients.
